Must be able to incoporate a basic mp3 or midi file in the background, and have the ability to turn off music with a button.
Website is to be a minimalistic graphics, and the highlight will be the information, photographs and showreel.
Must use minimal/optimised code - xml or similar and be able to validate using w3c http://validator.w3.org/
Website will need the ability to have a standard name and path for photos/mpg/midi or mp3, which can be inserted into their relevent places.
No photographs, mp4, midi, mp3 will be provided, provider is encouraged to place royalty free images/video and music to demostrate the site, which can then be replaced by the client.
