Our web-based user interface allows for the dynamical scaling and manipulation of uploaded digital photos in real time. We need to port our existing interface functionality from Java to Flash 8; source code and the working interface will be available to guide the development. Developer skills required include a working knowledge using and integrating Flash 8, MySQL, .NET, javascript, and basic image processing algorithms as well as a familiarity with Java.
