I have a Palm OS application called HVTracker that can be found on Shiblon.com. I want to port this to the Pocket PC. I’ve attached the basic specifications.
I have the most basic screen layouts designed in VB.NET. You can either use this as a starting point or develope something new in the language of your choice.
