Project is to create a .NET Webservice that can be connected to a Flex Application that can convert S Word Doc to XML and XML to Word and PDF The Word Docs will be in template form so there is no variation. Web Service will be able to read and write any language characters and maintain formatting tags (break, bold, underline, italics, font size font color, font type)
