Flash Audio and Video Player Implimentation

Audio and Video solution needed for Social Networking website. Website is being coded in ASP.NET 2.0 with MS SQL DB.
Video player needs to be clone of Youtube.com where users can upload any form of video file, have it convert to flash and play video. Also give a url to the specific video.
Audio player needs to be clone of MySpace, Purevolume.com, or Tagworld.com music player. Users upload any type of audio file, have it convert to streaming flash format. Other users need to be able to add the song to their profile (just like on myspace)
Will have to work with current webdesign team to impliment this player/players
